The SD means her account orignated in San Diego, the fact that the name Leah appears both as the account name and provider name means that she was also the one that created the account herslef..

That doesn't say anything about the service just gives more info for you to use, try posting on the San Diego board or try one of the non-ter discussion boards for that area!
