Generally, we don't hold out. The entire point of a review board is to share information- so why would you not review but discuss people on the board? (There may be exceptions, but they are pretty rare. So search the reviews.)

I'd say there's a good chance those pictures were stolen. No Tineye hits, but Exif says the pictures were created by Windows Live Photo Gallery (but obviously they are pr pcis, so someone was smart enough to strip Photoshop stuff out of them)... but the pictures are being hosted on webs.com. So we have pro-level lighting balance and so on (meaning: expensive photos)... and a cheap website host. Usually, that means someone stole stock pictures from some Russian hotties site or something.

Proceed at your own risk. Hey, maybe she IS the real thing (weirder things have happened), but I sure wouldn't bet the mortgage money. The other rule of thumb in Vegas is no TER/board presence (reviews, message board posts, etc.) means high likelihood of ripoff and fake pictures. There's just a ton of scammers. It's the Wild West, pardner.
