I've always thought the Luxor Jaccuzi suite was a nice deal for the money.  I stayed once in a jaccuzi suite at the Old San Remo, which was not terrible but I wouldn't have stayed there again - and I understand Hooters really didn't spend the dough to renovate it the way they should have.

But I'm looking for something a little different this time.  The hotels don't seem to always show them on the internet.

And which ones are big enough to have a small social?  I remember Top saying something nice about the Tropicana suites.

rooms suck....the Trop has a pretty nice suite....but....you have to ask for the back tower, 21st floor, themed room. It's 2 rooms, bar, mirrored jaccuzi, steam shower, seperate sauna. It is big enough to have a small party and the tub will fit 4 ladies no prob...lol. Don't settle for a 20th floor room they don't have the sauna and no front guest bath. Most I ever paid on a weekend was 379 a night not sure of the prices now. Nice view of the strip also.

Let us know when you'll be here, drinks are in order.

Personally, I love the Luxor Jacuzzi suite. So many places think that the term Jacuzzi refers to the bath tub with water jets. While Jacuzzi may make them, if the hotel says Jacuzzi, I'm thinking if the real thing. The Luxor's Jacuzzi is 8 foot, big enough for 4 people. It sits on a raised platform in the rear of the bedroom, near the window, with a great view of the mountains, if you're on the west side. I don't know about the view on the east side. There's not much across the street from the Luxor, and the view would be more of McCarren airport, rather than the lights of the strip. Anyway, they're a great deal, especially compared to suites on the strip. The only things that I didn't care for were 1) that the room door opens directly into the bedroom, like a standard room, rather than opening into the living area, and the TV in the living room was pretty small. But the Jacuzzi is fantastic, and if you're using the suite for hobying, the TV is not a problem.

In the Luxor's and Hooters' lower price range, I'd advise you look at the Casino Suites at the Stratosphere. The bathroom is large, and there are french doors that can open the Jacuzzi tub into the living room.

I stayed in one recently and was extremely pleased. The Premier Tower has the newest rooms, and the quality of decor very good. Try for a room on the top floor - the 12+ foot ceilings make the suite even more roomy feeling. My guests liked the room too.

You could host a small social in one of these, though not a medium or large. Maybe 8 folks without running out of chairs and couch, but more if you're planning on using the spa and/or bed during the party. It's more sq/ft than a Luxor spa suite, and better laid out, but it's not a convention hall.

Also, I admit the location's not as good as the Luxor (but not much worse than Hooters). I had it on a weekday for $135, and it was a killer value.

Good luck

I spend a lot of time with couples and usually the woman wants to relax in the tub first, and it's also a good place for downtime in a Doubles session.. Anyways here are my experiences along with photos (not taken by me).

As mentioned above there are jacuzzi tubs at The Tropicanna in the  two-room "Island Tower Jacuzzi Suite"... If you don't mind being in a room that looks straight out of a 1970's porno movie.. Personally I have fit 3 people in this tub and it has a nice seat for someone to observe the action..

Also look at the MGM in one of Celebrity suites (and possibly the bungalow suites). 3 people was a little tight here but some good positioning and you will be fine!

Another option is the Suites at Bally's.. The North tower Suites are more modern: http://tinyurl.com/ewb5o and this is the Jacuzzi for the South Tower: http://tinyurl.com/ed69c I have been to the North tower and I would say again 3 is a good fit!

And Finally the Spa Suites at the NYNY are odd shaped but I would say the largest of all the ones I have been to personally.. Easily fit 4 people! http://tinyurl.com/jcafu

Good luck with your wet and wild fun!
