When do the Las Vegas providers like to get their tips, before or after an appointment?  Is it better to include a tip in the envelope.  It may be a little awkward to hand her cash. Any advice?

You can have a nice thank you card ready with tip inside.
Hand it to the lady while you hug and kiss goodbye. Now that is thoughtful .

If you didn’t have time to get a card you can still just hand it to her after the hug or kiss and say- This is for you,Thanks for such a wonderful time.

Tips are appreciated afterwards if you feel so inclined, that is a great touch to end an evening. Although they are not expected. But I am sure that the ladies appreciate the gesture and will remember, trust me on that one. I wouldn't be surprised if your next visit would yield something spectacular.

Oh Cindy, you nailed it! I have had this happen a few times. I've been so impressed with the presentation and thoughtfulness. It's such a class act to know that he was prepared for a special evening and had thought ahead to show me how special he really thought it was. It's never expected so it's such a nice suprise when a guy hands you a second "thank you" note and tip at the end. I really do believe it's the thoughtfulness that hits our hearts more than anything else.

I know Cindy's a classy lady and has alot of great advice for the guys. Thank you Cindy for sharing your experiences.
