I've not seen any of the vegas girls, but I have seen some from other cities.  Not all offer full service, you'll have to see which have reviews and go from there.  In my experience some do and some don't.
That said, Tasha that responded to this thread looks pretty darn good, just depends how muscular you are looking for.
