However, I understand why you may want bigger boobs....we guy pigs can be shallow and think bigger boobs means hotter sex!   We all know that's not true.  So if you're going to go thru with it....your choice of surgeon is so very important!  I don't know names.  But, hopefully, you have PM access.  I'll send you some suggestions via PM.

If you get them big, go moderate. I'm so tired of big, fake boobs! They look great in clothes, but not so great naked, IMHO. For every guy who loves 'em huge, there's a guy like me who doesn't.

If your so compelled . Keep it all proportionate . Personally I would say just be natural, but it's not my decision . You have to be happy with yourself .

I've never been a fan of implants. I don't mind a lady who has a handful and that's it also.

If getting implants makes you happy, then go for it but like many have stated already make sure to get them so they look good for your body type.

always go bigger than you think.  Really.  When the swelling goes down you will be disappointed.

For every 2 big-boob lovers choosing among the massive (pardon the pun) offerings, there's a guy like me that agonizes over finding the rare gem out there with cute and perky little titties. If you get a pair of bolt-ons, all your doing is joining a well stocked category, and leaving the few gals with smaller breasts to share the select customer base you now enjoy. That small breasted athletic look is fantastic - I'd play that if I were you.

In other words, you may be joining a group based on selection criteria, but you'll also be leaving one that is even more exclusive.
