Why can’t the Raiders just hire someone who understands construction and construction management?
I'm sure it's not as simple as just that...just sayin.

Being that this is the only opportunity Vegas will have for a long time to obtain an NFL franchise I certainly hope somebody figures something out.  Not much of a Raiders fan ( black & yellow FoRever) ..but I Am a fan of all the boys it would bring to town!!
