Any recommendations on a place - bar, singles bar, lounge, restaurant or club to meet girls for a fun hangout or possible hookup?

I would suggest looking in the clubs or lounges on the strip to find a possible hook-up.
The ladies and gents are here for p4p.Many providers here offer show or night on the town without private time for a significant lower than their normal rates.But asking for help here for a Free hook-up suggestions kind of defeats the purpose of this site.

Of course vegas has more to offer than hobby fun.But most inquires on here that are not about providers are usually show recommendations,dining recommendations,maybe some nature options,and places to hear a certain kind of music or crowd etc...
I have not seen too many inquiries from guys on the TER Vegas board asking for places to visit to hook-up for free...just sayin'

Are you looking for a more mature crowd younger crowd?Type of music or it does not matter?
Every hotel has a lounge.
If you are staying on the strip there are clubs in the MGM,Wynn,Caesar's,Cosmo,etc....it just depends on you and your plans and what you are looking for.

We are companions.  We sell our time. It's not necessarily P 4p.  That's illegal.  
 That being said why would we suggest any place for you to go get for free what we sell for a living?

i think that you are missing my point, I am not asking for a place for free hookup, to circumvent what you sell on this site.

Really ??? This is Vegas. Everywhere you go you will meet people.  
Every Casino has a spot/spots that people are having fun.
There is no certain place where civi ladies hang out looking to meet people to hook up with.

...both of them were very pretty, petite blonde ladies. The first one was named Piper. She is quite witty and I asked her to join me in a private booth for some quiet, candid conversation. I will treasure the time we spent together, always! The second one was Jade. She is very friendly and she even sat on my lap and laughed at my dumb jokes while hardly wearing any clothing! We went into a private booth to continue our private conversation. I tend to find the conversation very stimulating when the young lady is totally naked, grinding her lady bits on you, giggly and has a pleasing personality.
