For those of you who enjoyed me not being around for the past couple of months, I'm sorry to inform you that I'm back..
Sept. seemed to be a really bad month as all of sudden... tenants on three of my homes just decided to stop paying rent. One of them really screwed me over costing me about $10,000 in damages and shafting me for over two months as I went through the eviction process to get them the hell out... which basically means.... I did not have all of that money to spend on better things... 
Anyways... I think I'm back on track...
With all of the negativity I've experienced in the past couple of months... finally starting to feel good and I hope I can carry it on forward.... if you know what I mean...
(AKA... I've had a pretty shitty attitude for the past couple of months.... And I apologize for that to some of those that actually know me.... and know that that is not my normal mentality.)
