Any nice places for real dancing

Am coming back to Vegas this summer and would like to find a place that has real couple's dancing like Swing, Foxtrot, Latin, etc.  

Not interested in the head-pounding nightclub dance scene.

Polynesian dancer, and have sensual moves.  So if you'd like to teach me to ballroom dance, I promise I'll try not to step on your feet, too many times. ;) :D
