You can't control it - your only course of action is to alert staff/admin/whoever of the site(s) and appropriate action will be taken (or in more cases, not).  

 
Your post seems passive aggressive. Why not just come out and say what's actually on your mind by naming names and stating "these ladies appear managed" or whatever.

Speaking for myself on days I don't have plans I often check my p411 and other sites I use to advertise. So I'm constantly responding to board discussions and constantly making myself available on p411 when I really am. So I can imagine other ladies do this as well. I don't use a scheduler and I'm sure others that advertise similar as I don't use a booker either.. It may just be that we all are signing on frequently to respond or to create availability.

I know two providers who are completely computer illiterate and use a person to handle that aspect. Not an agency, just a paid secretary of sorts.

I have their app on my phone and it's as easy as opening my phone and clicking a button to sign on available now.
Therefore myself and I'm sure alot of other ladies sign on often so that You know We are Available Now

As well, when we sign on available now we go to the top of the list which is always good when there are quite a few pretty ladies in their city as it's easy to get buried and perhaps not seen.  

 
Don't overthink it sweetie... I think it's just us ladies being sure to wave at you hourly in hopes that you will wave back.  

In fact, I'm going to sign on now again..haha  I loVe my P411 gentlemen!!!!
