Anyone else recieve a phone call from a supposed limo driver and his 'high roller client' from BC?
I did,and so did another person I know who is going to be visiting Vegas soon.
The call involved last minute appointment, BIG $$$$$, and a an oppurtinity to help them money launder.
Wouldn't touch it if I were you!

from a supposed 'casino host' calling to set up his high roller 'hotel guest' for a multi day gig. It sounded fishy as hell, so of course I passed on it.

Yes, this is a true scam.  My friend lost $25,000 dollars with these bozos and I convinced her to go to the police which she did. STAY AWAY!!!

He was a high roller calling from his casino host's office for a last minute appt asking me to blow off all of my appts for a week for 5k a day.
He also asked me to possibly help him launder money and he said he was from BC too.

I told him I would never blow off my clients which I wouldn't even if he were for real.
He just sounded like a jerk either way.
Fishy or not.

From what I understand all the casino hosts have a number of available women for their whale / high roller clients.  I can't verify that but I've heard it often enough to believe it. It does make sense although I doubt any casino or casino host would ever admit it publically.

If a provider isn't already on their list then I would excercise extreme caution and suspect either a scam or LE.  Afterall if their list really does exist why would they be shopping around on the net or elsewhere?
