I am visiting in July with my absolute ATF (from the midwest).  Sha has a fantasy to join the 'Mile High Club' in a helicopter.  I would like to indulge her in this fantasy over the evening lights of Vegas.  

My question is.. does anyone know of a tour company (or private operator) who will let us do this?  It's not the type of thing you just spring on the pilot !
