Has anyone seen this one review? Were it not for the fact the b*llsh*t is sometimes so fascinating, I would be insulted that someone expects us to believe it. Just my .02

What is it exactly that makes you so suspicious?

Is it the fact that the reviewer has posted no other reviews?

Or is it the overly long "General Details" section, written so that even non-VIP members can read all about her.

Well, for me it was the use of the word "penis" in the Juicy Details section.  This tells me that the review was written by a woman, not a man.  Men don't use the word "penis," especially when refering to their own.
