I wait 24hr no matter what City. And then send a follow up in which I mention I’ll wait 24hrs more and then I’m moving on.  
Vegas is incredibly deep with talent, I wouldn’t worry about “settling” for a second choice. Good luck

I always answer all mail within 24 hour, even if so to say not available. If in Vegas you do not get an answer in 24 hours simple go down list, you will find so many excellent providers who will be very prompt to answer.

I've had it happen that a message has gotten routed to junk mail or lost in the sea of communications. I also know that sometimes a person can say something that let's me know that we're not a match. I may or may not respond depending on the severity of the infraction. All possibilities exists in this large universe.

I believe good communication is key, but understand that some ladies take a little longer to reply. 4 days seems a really long time to not even have sent a quick message saying she is busy and will get back to you soon. I wold start looking at other options. If you wait too long, you might have problems booking another lady that you'd enjoy.

Certainly 4 days is too long to wait for a response.  Try again if you like, in case she missed your message, but if no response in 24 hours please do move on.  
There are many beautiful ladies that will be eager to see you, myself included!

She responded, my e-mail ended up in her ‘junk box’ (giggity), which has happened to me with a couple other providers. (Maybe it’s my e-mail)
Not sure if our schedules will line up, so you might see me back here again looking this weekend. 😀

Thank you all  for the responses/the help, and this board is a refreshing change from the constant hate and degradation of providers on the Minnesota board!
