Well not long after I wrote this...but before it posted to the board...I got a call from Haley's assistant, and they made everything right...class act and great customer service!  Obviously, stuff happens, and I appreciate that they made an effort to apologize and fix it...

...it doesn't even rise to the level of merely being wrong.  Been here all week...had confirmed 3 appointments...2 with a very reputable agency and 1 with a LV top 5 Indy.

The first one was supposed to meet me around 10...no dice...said she got stuck in traffic...on a Monday night?

Second one scheduled for Tuesday...texted to confirm and she had it in her calendar for Wednesday...rescheduled for Wednesday...no call, no show...she was the top 5...

Last chance this morning before I check out...one of the agency's top girls...was assured it was gonna be great...you guessed it, no call, no show...

So Haley and Sam...I can only say one thing...poor form...

Very surprising, The agency you refer to has great reputation. The Indie you refer to has the same Rep.
Hell, shit happens sometimes. I've seen snake eyes thrown on the crap table 3 times in a row. Ya never know.

Guess it just wasn't my week, but the folks in question reached out and made things right...frustrating as it can be to get stood up, the worst thing that happened was I got to spend a week in Vegas, and how bad is that?  Thanks to Haley and her crew and to Sam for being professional about the situation...looking forward to my next trip out west:)

I'll have to agree with romeo here.
Both Sam and Haley are fantastic at what they do, and their reputation shows that.
Things can happen, unfortunately you just happened to have both happen at the same time, but both are great options in LV and hopefully you'll be back soon!
Which reminds me, I am heading to LV in May, so time to start planning on some fun :-)
