Try this. Drink 2 gallons of water, go to an AC/DC (or similar) concert, and stand with your back facing woofer speakers for 2 hrs.

I'm not sure if a bj will work, but sounds like a fun way to try. If that doesn't work, what did work for me was drinking 6 room temperature Guiness beers. Drink them as quickly as possible without hitting the head in between. Once you are good and numb and everything has expanded, they should pee right out. Good luck!
