The food there is incredible!I went to Nobu recently at Hard Rock very good sushi as well.

Nobu is my ATF...a new one opened at Caesar's and is...

the largest Nobu in the world...I am very picky with sushi, as I don't do "foofoo" rolls...I like sashimi etc...

I think Nobu is hands down, the best on the strip, with Koi a close second...

I agree Kim!!! Sushi Samba at Palazzo is WAY cool!!!  I suggest the roll with the gold flake topping.. amazing..... a pricey treat, but aren't all good treats "pricey"?!??!?!?!?!
