I have visited 3 AMP's in LV, one time each, all on Spring Mountain.

Had varying experiences but the bottom line is that I got no more than a handshake in the end.

From what I have read online it seems like that's the most I can expect at an AMP here. Is that correct?

Would things be better or worse in a different part of town or something?

To get anything more than a handshake would require a pretty steep tip that strips the value from visiting AMPs.  Now if you're a regular customer...

It gets worse in Henderson where the police have been running stings on the MP businesses over the past year.  Some business licenses have been lost (along with the individual arrests).
