Been away from here awhile.  Want to take a tropical vacation and wondering  what  it would be like with a lovely fun companion for a week?  Thinking Mexico?  I've looked at lots of companion websites and it kind of looks out of reach. looking at a 1st class trip for accommodations. Maybe an adult themed resort?  Are all the numbers I'm seeing accurate? or are some people willing or wanting to make it more palatable?  Thinking about later part of  May or June.   Please don't shoot the messenger, just trying to get a grip on the totality of the whole thing.

I’ve done it only with someone I had chemistry with and seen multiple times before, including overnights. Terms were agreed upon and a great time was had by all. I certainly wouldn’t do it with someone I haven’t meet before.

For me I would need to know info
 are you wanting full service available all the time? Or just a social travel companion? That is a price difference right there.

Those two responses nail the important points, but let me sum up. It's best to travel with someone you have met before, and both of you are comfortable with each other. There's a big difference between meeting someone for a few hours one evening, and being stuck for days with someone where it's not working out. I did that with a new GF on a cruise and that cabin got real small, real quick. Discussing your expectations before the trip is important, which includes activities, intimacy, and alone time if expected, as well as living arrangements. I wouldn't try that with someone I had not met before.

BTW - I would avoid Mexico for the time being. It's not really safe, particularly for Americans.

A week is a long time. I’d prefer 3-4 days myself. Prior to committing to a vacation I would want an established connection, preferably an overnight, to ensure compatibility.   I’m not motivated enough to travel with people I don’t honestly enjoy being with.  I don’t have preset expectations for compensation, but approach each situation individually.

I do work out deals for extended dates
