My mention of TER blocked was purely informational

- I don't have access to PM, never have, so if you misjudged this as an excuse for not contacting someone through that avenue, it was not.

The apology WAS for the bookings that I canceled as I left Vegas early and went back to Florida.

Some of the bookings involved people that had recently gone through a loss or divorce and they were in Vegas FOR NEEDED R & R and that was WHY I was sorry.

Since, I felt like I let them down.

I contacted them through email and by phone but also wished to also express my regret at canceling in a public forum.

I also wanted to thank the people that were so kind to me.

You certainly do not have to believe me.

ok, for the generous fellows who I had the pleasure to meet, thank you !!!

Sorry for having to leave a bit early due to a sick dog (not a joke).

I feel badly since some of those appts were scheduled over a month ago.

Have a good day !

FYI, some of the Vegas hotels have TER blocked from their internet so I couldn't check TER while in LV. (this might be mentioned to traveling girls)

Lisa has a reputation on the Florida board of setting her standards high enough so that none of us are "good enough".  I made the attempt anyway, but the best I could come up with for a reference was Nikki Avalon (insert sarcasm here please).  I ended up with Angella Masters as a backup.  The only mistake there was that in hindsight, I should have put Angella first, er, well, after Nikki that is.

That many adult sites, ( escorting ) are in deed filtered thru hotels .. as well... Hotel phones have many provider/agencies phone numbers blocked etc.

to come to our little town for a working vacation, we'll make sure that your hotel isn't one of those BAD places.  You might want to consider February, although I know Buffalo is lovely that time of year.

...and I've done a fair sample of LV hotels from not so ritzy (Flamingo, Hilton, Gold Coast, Barbary Coast) to the ritzy (Venetian, Caesar's, theHotel, MGM Grand). I'd say it's a pretty representative sampling.

Truth be told, I've never seen TER blocked at ANY hotel I've stayed at, Vegas or not.

Most of the high speed service on the Strip is provided by Cox Internet, the local cable company. While it's certainly possible to ban IP traffic on a subnet for a particular website, it's a pain to do this- website locations change, IP addresses change, you have to make sure you don't screw up the regular cable customers, and so on. Usually you assign this to someplace like NetNanny or another company that handles internet filtering.

If you don't do that, there's the problem that to a customer, unless you put up a "YOU'VE TRIED TO GO TO A NUGHTY PLACE ON THE INTERNET!!! UH UH UH!!!" message, customers are going to call you asking what's going on. That costs you money to have someone answer the phone, and so on.

Finally, this is freakin' Vegas. Hotels will cooperate with the police in setting up stings, and will certainly keep hoochies from randomly roaming the halls, but they know damn well people come here to have stuff stay here, and they are perfectly willing to look the other way about the ladies of TER visiting your room, as long as you are reasonably discreet about your hookups. So why go to the trouble of blocking the website?

orleans, renaissance, marriott suites, fairfield inn, residence inn...shoot i was even checking out TER at McCarran.  Yeah, I also have never been blocked at any hotel anywhere.  I would like to know what specific hotels she is talking about...OR is this just an excuse for not contacting some?

Yes, sometimes I am apprehensive and also selective when seeing new clients.

I am sure you can understand that.

The FYI that TER was blocked was an informative measure for the LV board to warn other girls.

to see you.  We both think you're super hot.  But what we didn't understand is why you didn't just tell him you didn't want to see him.  Just any excuse would have been better than letting him hang not knowing.

I think your information has fallen on deaf ears dear. And by volume of threads added here most of us can confirm there is no blocking of TER at hotels or most any other places I have been either wireless or otherwise.

Yes, this is Vegas.... but we have local watchdogs as in any other boards of significance.

What happens in Vegas is remembered in Vegas.

I can appreciate being selective when meeting someone new, but that's what references are for.  I have a pretty good idea what mine say about me, and I know I don't come across as a troll.  I guess I just would have liked you to make up some lame excuse rather than just go silent.

sitting near her in a movie because "silence is golden" LOL!

I don't eat alot of popcorn  ... AND... I'll have little Wet ones in my purse so you can wipe all the crap off your fingers and mouth without having to get up to go to the restroom.

Although, you would need to actually get up to use the restroom as I don't plan on carrying a pocket urinal for you.

lol, xo Lisa

i'm more of an M&M's peanuts guy myself.  But you can keep the wet ones with you, we still may need them.  Oh my, where is this thread going now.

A girl gets alot of emails, it is possible I overlooked your email.

If this is the issue, you could have resent an email.

It seems like that would take less work than this.

I always make sure there is an arrow next to all my emails to show I responded.

Then I looked up your email and realized maybe I didn't respond to it.

I mean WHY NOT send another email ?

The less dramatic choice would have been to send me another email.

I had no idea what you guys were referring to initially.

All this over me not responding to Acidoms email ?

You guys are like a wild pack of pit bulls !

actually I was talking about your response on Oct 23rd.

So...

Are you trying to say that she is the T.O. of the provider world?

And to think that she is someone from my own backyard.  Who would have thought!

the two of you, i.e. Lisa & Acidom took this off line. He said, she said in this forum won't get much accomplished I'm afraid. May the bigger person stand tall please.
