They look nice but..!

THe images need to go on a serious Photoshop  compression diet.  I was wondering why using  a 56k dial up to testwith that the galleries took forever to load , and noticed that the size of one of them was about 50Kb (Sydney_081.jpg) for the thumbnail and the large image  1.2 Mb 1488x2240 pixels  that get resized. The Thumbs could easily be reduced to about 8-10Kb using 80 quality and the large iamge resized to 1024x680 75pixels/in  would be less than a  tenth of that size (98kb at 80 quality).  These galleries are going to eat up bandwidth like there is no tomorrow. But they look nice... and Sydney look hot

I haven't met Sydney yet, but Breeze and Austin are both great. Austin isn't new to Vegas, just new to being independent. She has many excellent reviews, you just won't see them here (long story). Well, I guess you can see mine if you have VIP and click on that red number.

I will look in to resizing Sydney's pics again, believe it or not they have already had a run through the photo resizer but these photographers want to give the girls the best pics possible so the files are huge! That's why building Austin's 2nd gallery is taking so much time! Thanks for letting me know!

You can readily taje the images that are for web use and size them ( pixel wise)  to fit  the desired designed screen size and  with Photoshop, you can do the JPEG compression  to a point that you will never see the difference. For publishing , 300DPI or better which is  what the Syney08 started out. I made a wall size poster LOL. THe same thing seemed to apply to the other sites as well but I did not specifically  check them.  Here at home I have broadband, also , but I always make sure that I check out my sites so that those that do not have broadband don't  die while loading. It is nice to start with nice hi res images and do what you need to resize and compress them  so that they look good on the web.
