although if they make good money inside the club, they'll be asking for a lot outside the club.  Most good looking dancers won't leave before their shift is over (they don't want to get on the manager's shit list).  The wait staff will usually not escort (although dancers have been known to do shifts as waitresses/bartenders in the same club).  

So, if you happen to be in say, Scores, and get a dancer's number around 10pm inside the club and she's suppose to stay til 4am, you got a long wait ahead of you.  And that's if she's in the mood to hook up (might happen if you have 10 or so benjamins to offer on arrival).  At this point, you're wondering if you were better off hitting a ranch an hour or so outside of the Strip.

Bar girls (aka casino girls) are a bit more immediate gratification type of hook up.  A search on the message base here will give you some pointers.  About as good as calling an agency (do another search if you need to get the read on them).  To put a little spin on it, sometimes you get lucky and hit the jackpot but most of the time you just lose your money and sadder for it.
