Accepting credit card payments via cell phone with "Square"

The post below on credit Cards got me thinking, I know I have heard numerous horror stories about providers/clients getting ripped off one way or the other through paypal but is anyone using the cell phone processing app/device Square to conduct occasional business? Experiences? Pros, cons??

One of my hobbies is crafting and I go to large craft fairs with my wares (not those wares get your mind out of the gutter, lol) and pretty much every booth is using these because 1. it's simple, 2. it's portable, and 3. people tend to buy more with credit cards than they do with cash. I find these traits could also potentially make this advantageous this hobby as well, lol.

I have an LLC set up for that business with a innocuous Company name that would show up on any statements, and obviously I would imagine that for those clients who are married or have someone reviewing their statements would not even be considering using a credit card so do you think there is a potential benefit to carrying along the square with me on dates??

Thanks for the input!

Also read this:

See number 28?

Now read this:

"If we reasonably suspect that your Square Account has been used for an unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purpose, you give us express authorization to share information about you, your Square Account, and any of your transactions with law enforcement."

So, basically, don't do this unless you're looking forward to a visit from me. Any questions?

Also, you might want to ask ladies who've used PayPal what happened when PayPal found out they violated their terms of service (it involved having thousands of dollars of funds frozen).

So, any more questions?
