I was sitting here thinking how wonderful it has been with the rain lately. In case some of you that are out of town did not know it has rained in Vegas since Thurs. night. Reminds me of Mississippi. Rain pouring down,smells so nice outside. Makes me wish I was a kid again so I could get all wet and dirty (get those minds out of the gutter!!!) and play in the mud and and make mud patties.  Some of the flowers are blooming around town. I know flowers (where)!Yes we have some grass and trees. Well I was just reflecting on that. Hope the rest of you are enjoying your days and nights. Be safe and take care.

Winter rains have their distinct advantage. They're generally not like the downpours of summer, wind, thunder, lightning and all. Just as you say nice and clean, sort of soothing. They are most certainly great for reflecting. Somtimes with happy memories, sometimes sad, depending your mood. Enjoy them while you can.

Enjoy the rain January, I would love to play in the mud with you :)!  I envy you being able to see flowers in bloom, and the smell of spring in the air.  I'm at least 3 months or so away from seeing any kind of green.

Just got back from Vegas, never saw Vegas rained  for so many days  It is very nice for flower and grass,   but for us vistors,   the long waiting line for taxi really sucks.....

I know it is supposed to rain every day this side of the pond, it doesn't, but we do get more than our fair share.
