I step away from the board for two weeks and I missed all this stuff. Like the post a few down. This stuff as got to stop.

I come here to find providers and get a feel for las Vegas as I'm thinking of moving out there this year or next.

I'm  thinking I can handle 20.4 inches of snow verus this stuff. LOL

Vegas is so much more fun as a visitor than a resident.

It used to be the cost of living was so much better here than a lot of other major cities that it made some sense to move here but with the housing boom and bust, things are as inexpensive as they used to be.

Not sure about where you're coming from but I know I was making a ton more money and had a lot more disposable income when I didn't live here.  Unless you have a good source of income outside of Vegas when you move here, I would suggest against making a move.  Finding a high paying job here isn't easy without of a lot of local juice.

Besides, this year's snowfall is an anomaly.  The way we all are fucking up the environment, there's warmer winters to come, just like years past.
