the Stirling Club is closing (my go to place) - I like a place with great food where you can carry on a conversation...Nobu is too loud - Yellowtail is too pretentious....looking for a go to place but can't seem to find one.
Aureole has a great wine selection and a quiet venue.

Jean Georges great steakhouse in the Aria and a very nice romantic ambiance. I also liked SW steakhouse at the Wynn a great view.Also,if you like french food/steaks you might want to try the Eiffel Tower in Paris hotel a great view of the strip and the bellagio fountains.
