Most of the time, people asking for FBSM are looking for a break from the regular price. I haven't seen too many local escorts offering a discount for this service lately.
Given the markup in this town, it might be a decent way of drumming up business to offer a lower FBSM rate. Not sure how much lower you want to drop your rates since they are a bit below average for Vegas at the moment.
