Musings of a faceless provider...

Because I travel frequently with clients and have accompanied them to everything from a small corporate dinners to large family weddings maintaining a level of anonymity and discretion is essential. Just as most clients don’t disclose their occasional proclivity to hire a personal companion one has to assume that at least a few of their friends/coworkers/bosses have also come across Eros or TER so having my face out there is just not an option for me. The last thing I would want (or my client would want) is to be recognized in public as “that girl from the internet” and believe me it happens as I quite often pass local providers that I recognize from their websites walking through a casino.

Like you Miss Logan, my face is one of my best assets and I do think a client has a right to see what the provider looks like prior to booking; so I offer to send my pictures over email and clients are so surprised that I wouldn’t capitalize on my appearance more. Personally, I have never felt the lack of pictures on my site deters client bookings.

I think it is actually beneficial because in reviewing the web stats and “click tendencies” for my site and my girlfriend's sites we see that once they pass the welcome screen most clients click on the “Gallery” page when they first arrive at a provider’s website. Based on what they see they have an instantaneous reaction, they either close the website if he doesn’t like her appearance or if the pictures peak his interest he will continue on to the “About Me” or “Donation” pages.

On my site you’re somewhat forced to learn about me via the text there and then if they find my personality intriguing they will send an email  request for pictures, or sometimes the personality is enough and they will request an appointment never having seen a picture.

So that’s my personal experience with not having photos, and it’s a personal choice that happens to work well here in Vegas. As far as how it would go over in other cities I can’t really predict but I think if things are really heating up with LE out there then maybe a trial month with your pics down will help you decide if it is a feasible long term solution.

really at risk then chop chop ... I do feel it will hurt your business .... so with that in mind maybe do what many are doing and send out pics with heads after you verify ..... MHO

Logan...you need to do what you are most comfortable with...

...we're not the ones putting ourselves at LE risk by being "out there" or making the living at it.  Do what you think is best for you.  Sure, cropping your face will no doubt hurt a little..so will being cited by LE.  Also, the sure numbers you mentioned will cut in on business, so use your regulars more...see if you can get them to extend dates by an hour or two with a special. That way you pick up extra $time$ without all the screening and so forth that goes along with new clients. But with everything, do what is most comfortable with you...not us.

Well in all the years I had my face all over the net
I am out in public a lot with clients.

Only once in an airport in Florida did someone actually come up to me and ask if I was CindySpice or Sarah Jessica Parker......... and that was because he literally just got off the net, and still he wasn't sure.

Out in public I never felt someone looking and saying - oh there goes that hooker CindySpice.
Vice never pulled me aside and said- oh I have seen your face on Eros your under arrest.( they can't do that)

I am with InspectorMorse hotel staff is not going on Eros to check out and look out for ladies.

Even hotels that I am so called 86'd from can't  keep track.........and I have a face to remember, ok maybe more hair and boobs to remember LOL LOL LOL

Yes some ladies don't show their faces, but do send private photos. I am sure if they didn't send those photos they wouldn't be as busy.

When I started I blocked my face,as soon as I didn't,I got much more business.

Of course YMMV ,different things work for different ladies.

and of course I can always say someone stole my photos........what ??? they are using my photos for an escort ad ?? I am outraged!!! get my lawyer on the phone.

I'm convinced LE likes to bust providers because it's fun and safe. Dopers pull guns. Why not try NE Philly. There are hotels at the RTE 1 exit of the turnpike and nearby Bucks County has a high per capita income too. More than Montgomery county if you discount Levittown. Who knows, you might even get a visit from me, I hate KoP and Roxy and Megan did speak highly of you.
