Several providers use them, and I've never known them to remove a photo that contained nudity.

However, their "Terms of Service" contains the statement: "You must not upload any images containing material that is of an adult nature, illegal, defamatory, promotes racism, hatred or discrimination."  

Maybe they have a broad definition of what is "an adult nature."
