Hello Ladies & Gents!

I just recently was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy. I am curious if there are any known, good, gluten free friendly eating establishments that I should be sure to visit? Either with Gluten Free menu's and/or bakeries/restaurants that take extra precautions?

try to sta away also from lactos  as it is also bad for gluten intollerant people. google it

I also have found findmeglutenfree.com (and the app is awesome too) and am very excited to see what kinds of places I can find in the Vegas area.
