Would anyone know if the hotel has security at the elevators?  I'll be staying there with other people from my industry for a small event so I'm a little apprehensive about meeting providers in the lobby or bar.

. .  to tell you that you do need an active room key to go up the elevators or your date will need to jump in behind someone else going up! Other than that Red Rock is a great place!!!

Once of my favorites, but you do need a key card for the elevator. One solution is to meet your lady friend at the "hotel entrance" not the casino entrance, there's a nice lobby with couches and such.

So sorry I just really have never noticed but there is reltively no security.

Something you can do is meet her at specific spot and hand her a key and tell her the room number and go up seperately.  I have done that when the gentleman cannot risk being seen.

I went there to see a well known well reviewed provider who was hosting incall there.  It's a very nice place.  But, as has been said above, a room key is needed for the elevator.  I had to "tailgate" some other people to get on to the elevator.
