I very much doubt the South Coast will have a lot of "bar girl" action.  As you say, it is far removed from the rest of the strip, so the ladies can't easily hop to another hotel if they're not hooking up there.

I can say this about the South Coast though.  It's got a great bowling alley.  I would suggest you bring your bowling ball, bowl a couple of games there, then see one of the well reviewed independent girls Las Vegas has to offer.

South Coast might be closer to Mandalay Bay than GVR but I think you can get to GVR faster than South Coast.  Until they get that Silverado Ranch (or will it be Cactus) exit built on the I-15, driving down LV Blvd, at least from Blue Diamond Rd exit on the I-15 is the main way most people (not living nearby or east of there) will use to get there.  And right now, it drops from a 4 lane road to a 2 lane road for a stretch, just before you get to South Coast (someone needs to fix that fast).  It's not bad coming the other way (from St. Rose exit) since it's not as crowded.  For bar girls, I think playing percentages and heading for the larger, more expensive places on the strip (or just off it) bring home the money faster, easier than the places way off the strip.
