There are quite a few ads for Asian women on another site that post their rates as $$ plus tips. The ads scream agency, but there have been some good Asian agencies in the past. Is this a legit agency and if so, does anyone have experience in what they charge for tips? I hate negotiating tips. I wish they would just list a flat rate.

But it,'s complicated. If you hate negotiating tips then this isn't for you. Sometimes I'll get in some quirky mood late at night and I'll call them.
Can honestly say I never really had a bad time. Oh and the girl in the picture, isn't the one you'll meet. They send whoever is closest to you, Kinda like a CG doing room service.
