Hello All

Not shilling for any one spa in particular, the top hotels all
Have world class facilities and personnel, as U should expect.  Some great ones include Wynn/Encore, Palazzo/Venetian, 4 Seasons, M Resort, and Caesars.  One interesting note is I've known several friends who have enjoyed that M Resort Spa Mio as much as the others, and their treatments are 30-40% less, probably because the place is a little South, and less-known.

at the Palazzo.Another one is Red Rock hotel they give 20% off for locals on the weekday of all services at the spa.Very nice and relaxing both places.

You've all been helpful. Now the decision is going to be a little easier (hopefully!) lol

I love massages so i get many many massages from different places.  
I tell you the best massage i get was in bellagio. you should go to the spa at the bellagio.  
It is very pricey but worth it.  
Or If you want to try something exotic and not too much of money... you can go to "Imperial spa" on E Sahara.
