has as good of Salmon as any restaurant ($35 at Envy Steakhouse) but only charge $15 with rice and salad. It is not fishy tasting which is how I  judge good Salmon.

Just a few of my favs I can remember right now

First, Aquaknox at the Venetian.  Just fantastic.  Been there several times, never a bad experience.  Great ambiance, upscale, with an open floor for people watching or booths for some serious privacy.  

Second, Estiatorio Milos at the Cosmopolitan.  Greek place with a very large variety of fresh fish, prepared simply in the traditional fashion.  Always hopping but with good service, and the food is terrific.

You have to go to Milo's at the Cosmo.  Best and freshest seafood in town.

Oyster bar at Palace Station's pan roast which is very good, but usually a line since there are not much seats and they make the pan roast when you order it. My other is Soho Japanese rest., which has very fresh fish dishes beside sushi and very good service.

Depends what type of seafood. environment you looking for
