I haven't been, but I have spoken with people who have.  Frankly, I don't see the attraction.  Firstly, all of their activities (including oral) must be done with a condom.  While I always use a condom for fucking, oral is another story.  Also, the rates are much higher, you can only pick from who is available when you arrive, half of their fee goes to the house, and probably much more.  Personally, I just love outcalls to my hotel room in Las Vegas.  You have much more control over the experience and ultimately get more for your dollar.

Much different than being with a independent outside of a brothel.  

I had fun when I was there but I was very limited with I could offer and timing was always rushed .
Sometimes your time is coming to a close and you will get a call asking if you want to stay it will be more money .
Talk about buzz kill .

It's a niche market for those who prefer to play legal, who feel there is less risk since the brothel workers are tested regularly for STDs/HIV, and for some who don't want to give out personal information which indies/agencies require for verification.

Although, there's a price to pay for all the county, state, and federal regs that oversees the NV brothel industry.  You'll most likely be paying more, since the brothels usually take a 50% cut of the negotiated price of the "party".  So, the brothel ladies will pass most of that cost along to their customers.  Brothel workers are suppose to be independent contractors, so each worker sets their own rates and services that they will provide.  There are no fixed prices for any of their time/services, since it's all negotiation based.  If you're not good at negotiating, you'll be paying a lot more than you should.  

As for that reality series, HBO's Cathouse, a lot of what you see is Hollywood, so take what you see/hear with a grain of salt.  Be sure to do your homework/research, if you decide to visit any of the NV brothels.  There are 4 brothels within a 1-1.5 hrs drive from Vegas.

I've partied at 6 different Nevada brothels over the years, from big houses on down to small rural ones, most of them on multiple occasions.  Had my very first hobby experience in a Nevada brothel.  If you are brothel curious, why not scratch that itch.  At the least, you will cross an item off your bucket list.  At the worst, you'll allow yourself to be negotiated out of more than you care to spend.  Don't be cowered of being walked or walking yourself from a negotiation (means can't reach agreement).  Set a budget going in (with knowledge that the LPIN must split her fee with the house) and aim to stick to it.  Be upfront in the negotiation as to your budget.  Either she will work with your budget or she won't.  Go back to the bar, have a drink, and you'll probably be approached.  The house now knows your spending limits and will want another shot at your wallet.  If they do lose you, head down the road to the next house and try again.

... boy was I surprised when she came out and stood in the line up wearing the lingerie I bought her for Valentine's Day! I had no idea she was moonlighting there but that explains that brand new Camaro that she said was a gift from her 'uncle'. So, I wisely chose her from the lineup. But on a more recent visit a few years ago.... I looked that their website and saw who was in residence there at the time. I didn't want to go through the line up thing. I was able to speak with the Madam on the phone and set up an appointment with the lady I chose. I drove myself from Vegas.  If you take the free limo the lady has to tip the driver. She told me her price for what I wanted. $1500. I said no, too much. She came down a few hundred and I apologized, told her I had no idea the rates would be so high and stood up to leave. She touched my arm to stop me and told me she was a former porn starlet (which turned out to be true) and offered me a much lower rate which worked out. I wasn't guaranteed an hour when asked, she sidestepped the question but I understand it's usually one & done at the ranches. Went to the gift shop and got the T shirt & a Koozie. I'd go again now & then just for the legal experience but it's much easier & a greater selection in Vegas.
