I'm bringing my daughter to Vegas with me for a convention and she want to do a tasting menu dinner. I am going to try for "E" and do not want to do a Joel Robuchon. My daughter is 16 so wine add ons don't matter. Any thoughts, if we don't get into "E". Thanks in advance

Resturant a has a wonderful tastings menu . Can't remember the name , but it's in the palms casino . Very nice place . The lady who joined may speak up , I'm sure she remembers.

Bartolotta's tasting menus are my personal fave; they have 2 different options, this article only lists one...
It's still nice enough in the evenings to ask to be seated outside around the coy pond...top tier service and the best seafood to be flown in from the mediteranean in all of this desert!  Enjoy!
