I'm going to be visiting in the not too distant future and wondered if any favorite hotels could be recommended by the Vegas community?? Thanks for any help

I like the Signature and the Platinum for non gaming places both have big suites and are really nice. The signature has a blender!

For a gaming hotel, if you dont mind being off strip i love the Red Rock.

Lots of deals this time of year too!

You were the only person who replied to my Vegas post. Not even a PM from any of the locals, so I really appreciate your help.

I hope our paths cross someday  ;-)

Thanks again

so I suggest the best, most luxurious suites on the strip.  It helps with 2 things: 1) You feel like a baller.  2) Your provider will appreciate the fine accommodations you secured.

Without a budget, dates (cause there could be a reason rooms are scarce) and any other features that will sway you one way or another, it's really hard to pick a handful over any other.

The LVA usually does a room survey every so often and used to use TravelAxe to find the room rates around town.  That site hits up the various travel companies and consolidators to see what's the best rates for the dates you pick.  The current engine of choice for LVA seems to be Vegas.com that has a best price guarantee.

I do like the MGM, Venetian, Paris, Planet Hollywood, and the Palms.  I have never had any problems in any of those places.  Have fun whenever you come here to Vegas.
