Several have that information.  Sapphire might be pickup only but Palomino is round trip. Plus there may be different packages that suit your situation such as number in your party or local vs visitor.

I was curious about dress code and last night read a topic about guys wearing thin fabric pants in hopes of getting off during the lap dance.  Dancers call these customers "Creepy" and will broadcast to others in the club so no one will approach those clowns.  I guess this is similar to providers avoiding undesirable clients.

almost all the quality clubs offer free rides .  some wave cover some don't .. its cheaper for them than paying the cab driver  (gosh! LOL)  plus it insures you come to their club.    just call 411 to get their main line .  figure 30 to 40 minutes typical to get you.   dont forget to tip the driver - dont be cheap  as well as the host that greets you .. a few $20 will insure a much better time and referrals to the hotter dancers plus ask for the hosts business card for the future, that also will insure they pay attention to you.    
 

Google Sapphire and tell them what you want, they'll offer you the same. Tip the limo driver and arrange for him to take you back to your hotel. Sapphires will also throw in two free drinks. Spearmint might give you the two free drinks also.
I've been hitting to a few of the clubs lately while I'm in Vegas, and I like Sapphires....so far.
