Many ladies offer dinner-only or social dates for 1-4 hours. Typically, at less than a full-service rate. You can usually find that offered on their website. You will still need to be screened. I’ve found many ladies who were willing to do a social date.  Of course you have to make a judgment whether a lady you’ve never seen will be “appropriate” for a civvy date.  One thing I can say, almost all the ladies I did this with were willing to take their regular rate for an hour even if dinner went longer than that. It no doubt helped that I had seen each of those ladies multiple times; that apparently made them of a mind to be liberal with their time on a non-contact date.
