The Silverado Steakhouse down at the South Pointe is pretty good too. Really darlin' most are pretty good anywhere in Vegas.

Prime is excellent, as is Delmonico at Venetian (my personal favorite) and SW at Wynn

I have not ate at that restaurant but I have had friends that say it is very good.One of my favorite steak restaurants is Capital Grille outside the Fashion Show across from the Wynn.Excellent food and service.

Highly recommend Botero at the Encore, great steakhouse and they have a few more exotic things like frog legs appetizer. Yum!

But you can get a 5 star steak (or other meal) at the Stratosphere. Everything they serve is the best cut, meticulously prepared, tenderly and professionally served. Even the house wines are top shelf and the view is killer, of course. You could die for the sauce on the lamb loin chops if not from the chops alone. Highly recommended.

Always Excellent...

My opinion.. but the Peppercorn New York steak is one of the best in town. Their Peppercorn sauce is to die for... along with their Bearnaise sauce.

Don't forget the Dungeness Crab Cake for an appetizer..

You just made me hungry just thinking about the Prime..
