Is a private strip show legal to negotiate?

I understand that using well reviewed providers is the best way to go.  However, what to do if I fall in love at a casino bar?  Two bad things can happen.  One you can get ripped off.  Two, you need bail.  The first is an inconvenience and a lesson learned.  The second is much more painful...

Is it legal to talk to a lady about a strip show / toy show in my hotel room?  Sometimes avoiding busy strip clubs and high drink prices is all I'm looking for in a night's entertainment.  If I'm looking for more, it would seem that if the lady is already naked in your room, the chances she's LE are pretty low...  Can I legally negotiate a price for a private strip show or am I on really thin legal ice?  Any idea of the going rate for a private strip show?

but you are on thin ice.

A gal posted here awhile ago that she was busted by LVPD after being in the room with the John naked.  As soon as she started to "perform", she was busted.  She commented that Nevada doesn't recognize entrapment as other states do.  I am presuming the story was accurate.

My personal opinion is that there are enough risks in the hobby.  Going to your room without information on the gal you are entertaining is one you don't need to take, so why would you?  Have I been stood up or had last minute cancelations, absolutely.  It is a better outcome to have a night of not getting laid than to have a night either rolled or busted.

You have already identified two potential negative things that could happen.  I'd add you may get a HUGE upsell once in the room.

To answer one of your questions, I think it is HIGHLY unlikely that a cop is going to get naked in your room and start doing a toy show for you.

Why risk it?  Why take such an unnecessary risk?  It's Vegas for Christ sakes.  Probably one of the easiest places in the USA to set-up something with someone that is reviewed and you can get a fairly good idea of what you will or will not get before the date ever starts.

Whatever you do, have fun and good luck (you may need it)!!

I agree with JB1982 way to risky and besides there are a bunch of beautiful verifiable girls on line why risk it?

toy shows are a sex act and prostitution is illegal in vegas

not sure on the nude entertainment laws in nevada/vegas but i know in california there is a different permit required for outcall entertainment which is usually for bachelor parties i think. but toy shows are (as far as my understanding) are a sex act and is considered prostitution if you are paying her for the show.

there are parts of nevada where u may find this doable but i suggest picking a provider here on TER and being specific with your needs/wants in a date.

better safe than sorry and arrested!

With over a decade of experience in this... avoid the bar fly's in Las Vegas unless...

... You have a decade of experience.

Tip: The "ladies" rushing in for the kill are a COMPLETE waste of time....

On the other side.. you can come across Ladies SO COOL and so much fun that they drive you home, cook you breakfast and sleep over for the night.

Stay away from the casino girls. Please. Take it from someone who has been ripped off and robbed. Just stay the hell away from them. They are pure trouble. I learned the hard way before I found TER.
