What, if any, effect will this have on business?  

While a certain level of trust is inherent in meetings, this is a tremendous health concern for anyone who happened to use these clinics.  

It would seem inappropriate to ask a provider "Did you frequent one of these clinics and get Hep or worse from their insane practices?" and expect a straight answer.  

Fortunately, many providers are far from the age of Endoscopy.  What a horrible mess.

While I would be in agreement that most providers are far from the age of Endoscopy or Colonoscopy for that matte, the hobbiest is not.

While I personally have not visited these clinics, I have many business acquaintances that have.

All the more reason that if your doctor suggests a procedure you should INSIST that it be done at an acute care facility (hospital) rather than one of these places.

SO happy that the gov. is stepping in now. Too little too late. When will they learn? My guess in never.
