I don't think anyone really has a special for mid-week/mid-day appointments.  Pricing, at least from those that list it on their website, tends to be rather static as long as it's within their stated hours.

Incalls are a bit rare.  Roxanne and Miss Logan (along with a couple of others) are a couple that I can think of the top of my head that offers incalls and will see locals.

Considering the circumstances, getting a mid-day room somewhere isn't that expensive during the week and the outcall possibilities expand the pool of choices for you.
