Went to Vegas, and had 3 no-shows. Each was a confirmed appointment, and each was with very well established providers.
1 canceled when I emailed 2 days ahead of time to confirm we're still on. Sick parents. (She canceled on me last year too.)
1 canceled 45 minutes before due to a sick kid. She tweeted a video of her walking through a casino 2 hours prior to that.
1 pushed back the appointment 3 times, then argued that I needed to come dowstairs and gamble with her, and then she just ghosted.
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but I have no idea what it is. I'm overly polite, I provide references, I book 2 hour appointments. I'm not the greatest looking guy, but damn.
Please provide some names. I would like to know as well before going back out to Vegas....
I provided names, and all my posts that were in this thread have been deleted. Melrose Sky no show/no texted back in September, 4 hour dinner date. E-mailed the assistant an hour into my dinner and was offered another lady (who I had researched and not booked) about 30 minutes after I e-mailed. I declined. Bait and switch, a real emergency (couldn't take 30 seconds to text me ?), or just plain lazy...don't know. Thankfully the other dates I had booked on that trip worked out.

Sorry to hear but this type of mentality is becoming the norm. There are a few gems that don’t have that attitude but only a few. You’re in better shape than me. I offered $6,000 a month every month to a lady but she won’t even book me once. At least you’re not in my position. Sucks.

Nice amount of money for a month I don't know the particulars or who the lady is and don't need to know who.
But I am sure there are other ladies who might be interested in your arrangement depending on all that it entails.
I know you and others have had some bad times in Vegas but there are really reputable legit ladies here.
Hate to keep hearing these consistent experiences don't give up on all Vegas ladies.
To the guys who are second-guessing booking a lady out here to avoid the experiences mentioned here.
There are too many ladies out here that are great and show-up but the ones who are doing this are really doing their business a disservice or perhaps they don't care. And that is the difference between a lady who takes this business seriously and others who could care less.

My last visits in Vegas sucked.. No shows and poor performance.. all with well established ladies, some I have seen before. .. And prices have gone up... Which I would not mind but for me to fly from LA to Vegas, get a room in a nice hotel to Netflix and chill is NOT going to make me want to splurge again anytime soon. And no, you did not do anything wrong.. they either booked a longer date with someone else or partied and do not feel like driving to you. I get it, accidents happen ( but when YOU canceled then expect $200 or more as a fee ) but at this level, it is not an accident.. the nature of this business is becoming increasingly flakey...

It seems in many cases this city is going to shit when it comes to P4P, but the good ole days of reliable service still exist. There are still many great, well review providers who still do things on a timely basis and live up to their great reputations.
Some of use still still do things the right way and some of them unfortunately do not.
I am coming to Vegas today. I had planned a meeting some time ago with a provider I had met before. I reconfirmed a few days ago and got a positive response. I sent a further confirmation message yesterday night and her assistant sent a note saying that the companion was not going to be available. I have a few other dates planned while I am visiting. I wonder how many will actually happen. This is for shit. My head is spinning thinking of all of the providers with their cancellation policies and their rants about guys who back out at the last minute. It works both ways. I am wasting time and energy getting to Vegas for a meeting that will not take place and there's scant time to go through the booking process with someone else.
Many of the ladies who claim to have an “assistant” actually work for an agency, it just doesn’t advertise itself as an agency. But there are quite a few high end ladies who work for one particular agency that constantly pulls bait and switch. You’ll make a date with one of the ladies, then a few hours before they say she can’t make it, but would you like to see one of their new ladies. It’s bullshit. As much as I would like to see one of these ladies, I avoid them now after being burned before. It would be great if these ladies decided to go independent, that way they wouldn’t have to give their “assistant” a cut of the proceeds.

yeah vegas is drama .. and many girls can be unreliable .. my own 2 cents if you book 2 hours or less, you run the risk of her getting a better higher $$ booking and canceling on you. vegas girls get a number of 3+ hour bookings vs most home towns where 1 hr is the normal. also its a party town and girls can get distracted or hung over from the night before 
but all i can say is stick with highly reviewed ladies, (or book 3 hrs!) if you take a chance always have a back up plan. but ladies like Lorena, Bennett, Scarlett, LaRue, Angelina etc will not flake on you. worst case a pro lady will be polite and let you know far enough in advance.
Highly reviewed ladies, three hours or more… Or both! Bonus!

As long as everyone is hush-hush and no one wants to say who it is guys will keep booking flaky providers and then blaming Vegas.
As bad as business was in Vegas all last year and the start of this year with hardly visitors and no conventions I would think that ladies would show up to their appts and be professional or cancel in a timely fashion.
What I will say is there seems to be a common theme of guys booking certain ladies and being cancelled,no call no show,super late etc.All from the same provider and keep giving chances and keep getting screwed(and not in a good way) and then get upset. Why keep giving a person who wasted your time and money multiple chances to waste more of your money and time? That is where I am confused. I know when a gent blows me off or cancels I don't give him another chance to waste my time again.
There are still plenty of quality companions available- One needs to do their research-There are a lot of fly by night gals who are not concerned about their longevity in town and just looking to make the quick buck. I have found the ladies who have extensive reviews and contribute here from time to time are second to none. I’ve have seen them ( even for an hour) and always had a good time…
Last trip there was one lady who had to cancel on me at the last minute but was kind enough to refer a friend .. Those are the keepers
So a few people are asking for names and I'll probably DM them directly. I don't want to be unfair, and honestly, I get it, sometimes life gets in the way and stuff happens. Maybe they did have real emergencies pop up.
But at the same time, it was a terrible trip for me. Each night, I left a group of people who were partying to come get ready, get the room ready, have some wine on hand just to end up with a wicked case of blue balls. If I can keep someone else from having to go through that, I will.
I just wish TER had a tool that allowed a customer to check a yes or no "Did the date happen" box and then providers could have published stats on how likely it would be that they'd cancel. Emergenies do happen, but that would reveal trends over time.
Not quite a no show. But cleared screening and locked in date and time for tonight with a wonderful, amazing, very reputable girl. I was given her to set up location and specifics. Did so. Then an hour later she texted to say she cant make it.
Again. I get it. She polly got a better offer and thats great for her and I understand and accept it.
Now I'm dateless tonight. Total bummer. Ahhhhh well.

Another day of “sorry babe, I’m going to need to cancel”.
I’m on a long visit to Vegas and have had last minute cancellations from two of five providers. I’m talking about well established ladies with solid reviews etc. Our plans were made well in advance and confirmed and reconfirmed in each case. At least three of five came through and I had a lovely time. To put it in perspective I get something like this happening maybe once a year outside of Vegas.
If I backed out under similar circumstances these very same women would be pointing to their cancellation policies and demanding some sort of payment. For day of cancellations they’d probably want full compensation.
This is total bullshit.
I don’t have these issues in any other city.
I really wish TER would allow us to identify women who pull these stunts.
Why can't you and the others who were stood up name them right here in this thread? I'm aware of any TER rules that would prevent that. Let's get this information public.
TER needs a mechanism for tracking this stuff so we can see if patterns emerge.
as discussed before its possible for the following reasons .. 1) you only booked one hour in a town where multi hour bookings are popular 2) your lack of reviews might make some girls think twice 3) are you also on P411, if not, again might be a reason for them to decide against you if they have another option who is listed 4) do you have solid references from similar quality ladies.
not saying any of those was the reason but they can certainly influence when deciding between you and another possible encounter.
but YES you are right, had you cancelled it would have been major drama and run the risk of getting blacklisted etc etc
i agree there should be a forum / listing for ladies who cancel at last minute. it will happen once in a while, Vegas is a wild town, key is to see if any specific lady has a history of doing that.
overall my general vegas attitude is ... i dont believe anything until the girl walks past the door.
Time to check out the local K-Girl scene. Been dealing with a very helpful agent from a well-respected place and found it easy to set things up on short notice for tonight. A new experience awaits. And the money saved can be enjoyed in the casino.

not sure who you are booking but us that are true professionals usually dont cancel. I mean dont get me wrong, emergency do happened even to the best , but often we see if one of our amazing friends can take the appt for us if needed.

Sorry to bump an old thread. No show after an appt is set up sucks, but honestly, some girls that have great reputations don't even respond to p411 requests. there's at least one on this thread that's never replied, so I don't know if they don't use that method, or they only respond to appointment requests vs screening requests.
Fortunately, no one owes anyone a reply or anything else, and there's always another one to contact. Plenty of hot girls in Vegas to choose from.

Haven’t done a lot of hobby work in my hometown of Vegas for years. Decided I would try again and it’s horrible, entitled, narcissistic, and in some cases down right crazy bitches. Been scammed a few times already whereas I was rarely scammed in the past. Just going to stick with sugar babies locally and hobbying outside the country…It’s paradise in Tijuana and short plane ride from Vegas. Not even remotely comparable experience. Western women are spoiled and entitled in every way, take a visit to some of these countries where the women actually appreciate men and you’ll see how much power you really have. Vegas SUCKS.

Man that sucks... reminds me when Harmony canceled on me 40 min before our date, after we texted in the AM...So basically I flew between Vegas and Phoenix to netflix and chill.
I understand your reference to “The Group,” but it’s time we just started calling it what it is, an UTR agency, pure and simple. They appear to have ladies in other cities as well.
I booked a girl and twice she asked of she could move up the date. I had the time that day so happily agreed. In total, we met nearly 2 hours ahead of when I originally booked for.
Mine too. I moved here about a year ago, and used to visit several times a year. While I've had ladies not reply, I've never once been stood up or had a no show after confirming the appointment. To be fair, almost every date I make is through P411 though, so there's that.
But for some a bump of two hours, up or down might not work. My guess is if you couldn't accommodated the bump, she would have have canceled on you and try to talk you into seeing one of her "friends".
And I'm sure you reached out to her days, if not weeks.

Yep, I was lucky in this case. I know my experience moving time may not work for others or in all cases. You're also right in that I set things up a couple weeks before my trip.
In my case I also went with a girl who had good reviews in the 4 weeks previous. My general rule is I pass on looking into a girl without a review in the past 3 - 6 months.
Not a foolproof way to avoid a cancelation or NCNS I know, but that's the risk we all take in making a booking. My trip previous to this, I had a NCNS and it sucked. She had good reviews and was active on the board. Oh well, shit happens, and move on to someone else.
