Apparently you cannot sumbit a no-show review on someone, so I was told to voice my concern with a particular provider here.

Rose (of rubdownbyrose.com) was the provider's name.

I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism that Rose showed.  First, her website says that she will respond within 24 hours.  I emailed her and did not hear back for three days.  Her response said that she would call that evening.  She did not.  I waited three more days, then emailed and said that I was disappointed at that point and was not going to attempt further correspondence.  Then she finally called, we talked, I changed my mind, and we set up an appointment.  I asked if I should call to confirm, and she said to call when I got in the night before the appointment.  I got in very late, so I sent her an email instead.

The next day, the time of the appointment rolled around and she had not shown up.  I called to confirm that I had the time right, but got no response.  Two hours later, she emailed me and told me that since she was not sure about me keeping the appointment, she had booked another session.  She had my phone number and email address and rather than use the first or checking the second, she simply blew me off.  I was exactly where I was supposed to be at the agreed upon time, and she stood me up.  She asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day (which she had initially told me she could not do because of other plans), but I had arranged my schedule specifically to accommodate her on the appointed day.  Very, very unprofessional behavior.

So just a word of caution to anyone who might want to use her services.  She showed herself to be completely unreliable in my view.
