I am looking to try a new hobby for the 1st time, and have some questions:

are there certain providers that work better with newbies?
for family reasons, I'm a little nervous about personal info, how much is required?
when staying on the strip are there any LE issues? what to look for?
should I expect to pay more than published fare?
not looking for amything special, just a nice time and a no hassle experience

grazie

No, just let them know and have a great time.  The first lady I ever saw in this hobby was CindySpice, she could be a good choice for you.  As far as the personal info it's for them so they will feel safe and make sure you are not LE.    As far as LE seeing a top indpendent you will not have any worries with them.  You will not need to pay more then what they tell you the donation is, the only thing above would be a tip.  Stick with the indpednents and you will be fine, don't use an agency!!!!  Here are some ladies to start with:  CindySpice, Kit and Jade of desertdelights, Jackie   Jewel, Asian Jackie, Roxy, Brie, Logan, January and Celtic Lass.  There are lots of other real nice ladies out there as well.  The above are ladies I've seen or have talked to who have great personalties.   Might want to get a membership, check out some reviews, read some of the boards, and go to some web sites.   Have a great time.

Desiree, or Amy Jordan? I like what I've seen in the public reviews.

Is it hard to get new appointments?
What do I ask for, a date? massage? I assume the conversation will be generic over the phone.

Should I wait until I get to town before calling to find someone? I have 3 nights in town.

You need to buy a membership and check out the reviews and decide for yourself. As for arranging a date, fill out the form (if applicable) or send an email asking you want to spend some time with them. Since this is your first time, I strongly recommend 2-3 hours.

When to contact/start... NOW, once you get a member ship, you'll realize all the choices out there. In addition, to ensure the provider is available, it's best to schedule an appointment in far advance as possible (2 weeks - 2 months).

Waiting to call someone when you get into town is a bad idea. Most providers don't take last minute appointments (unless you are a regular or well known client). Thus your choices would be severely limited.

Cheese gave you some good advice on most of your questions.  I've never meet Desiree and exchanged e-mails with Amy a few years ago, she was very nice.   As Cheese said don't wait till the last minute get things going now, if you wait till you get there you will most likely be sitting alone at night.  Let them take the lead in the convesations.

I've heard frequently that some escorts don't respond to a new client's email, especially for last minute requests.

If I were a guy, and say, had 3 days in Vegas,I would write about 2 weeks in advance to 4-5 (or more!) women, telling them a little about myself and giving them my three days of availability. If you haven't heard back within a few days, write again...after that give up.

If you presented yourself in a polite manner, you should receive several emails back and can then arrange to see your top choice(s).

Don't wait until the last minute!  :)

Have fun!

I may be a newbie to the hobby, but I didn't just fall off the turnip truck. Is that an entry fee for a first timer to become a regular?

2-3 hours seems like a big donation unless multi pops are involved.

I have not 'joined' the club for security and informational reasons, thought a public forum would be enlightening. Any more 411?

No, just a suggestion... based on my experience, one hour is not enough, but you need to decide what is comfortable (plus budget) for you.

Most providers do allow multiple pops. If you read the reviews, you'll see this :-)...

What "club" are you referring to? I must have missed that memo :-)... However, knowledge is power and it may save you some grief.

I think what cheese meant by a membership is a VIP membership to a board like TER so you can get more info from the reviews so you can find someone that matches your style.  You may have certain services that you'd like to have when seeing someone and you won't find that without a VIP membership.

Most of the good independents in town will allow multiple pops no matter what amount of time you schedule.  The only reason it wouldn't happen if the chemistry between the two (or more on multigirl calls) didn't work out (like you're a complete jerk, abusive, and/or just plain unrespectful).  Of course, you'll never know which ones offer multiple pops without getting a membership and checking out the reviews in detail.

Considering you are a newbie, you might consider seeing someone at a brothel first.  Read up on the setup and negotiations on some of the discussion boards that focus on Nevada brothels.  One of the reasons why I suggest this first is that you get an idea of what it's like being with an escort, but in the brothel situation, completely safe/covered for everything (generally no kissing, covered BJ, covered DATY, covered FS).  After that experience, a good independent should be a fun time.
