I was driving down Paraside this morning just South of the LVH and there is this guy in the street.  He is wearing one of those reflective orange vests and taking pictures of those stupid newspaper machines that distribute the agency fliers.  Plus he had one of them in his hand.  Who would want a picture of those things????  Mind you, he was in the street blocking traffic to accomplish this task.  ???????
