I know with some it's the norm,but baby that ain't me. All my small talk is between rounds or afterwards when we're getting a slice of pizza,wings or on some late night gambling spree. Sorry, but I'm not wired that way
i second hpygolky's attitude .. whats the point of small talk ? is 5 minutes of talking about one's hobbies or why they are in town or how about those Bears really add to the fun ? you know what adds to the fun ... 5 more minutes of fun! ... certainly a pleasant "hello, its so nice to finally meet" or "you look much better than your pictures" may always be appropriate .. after that its 1 minute of saying, , by the way this is what i enjoy / prefer so giving you a heads up
but beyond that sadly i find too often many girls that try to extend the small talk to burn the clock .. hate to say it but its been true too many times. if i want small talk, i'll go back down to the casino and talk to someone at the bar or playing the slots.
having said all that i do realize for many guys its about the interaction with a hot girl paying attention to you and listening without drama .. that's cool and certainly for them the small talk is important ... but for those of us happy at home we prefer a focus on a more physical experience.
I like to get a drink and some snacks at the hotel bar before. I like something like drinks and fun 3 hour package. It just sets a good mood and make both of us feel more relaxed and sociable. A little more conversation and then a lot of action please - to totally screw up Elvis's lyrics
